Our forest raised pigs live their lives out doors and free range 24/7. We raised a rare breed called Oxford Sandy Blacks Which will help to Keep the breed Viable. Grazing on whatever is in season, wild raspberries to rooting for various Fungi supplemented with rare breed pigs nuts from a local supplier. Sausages vary in size so the minimum weight is 400g per packet always in fact being more than that. Bargain!
Such a fabulous selection of lush veg. There isn’t much you can’t get there that can be grown in this climate. Just had the salad leaves, they were so tasty and crisp.
